Robbie Aveson: Allstate Insurance

Not the best place to go for insurance that is for sure! My mother had been having issues with her billing through Allstate, so she went and spoke with them and seemed to take care of the issue. Not really the case. While she was there she wanted to make sure she was getting the best pricing. Well, all they seemed to say was the only way to pay less was by lowering coverage. She actually did and it still didn't make that much of a difference. After all of this my mother decided to go to another agency...turns out she got better coverage for less money...they were overcharging her almost double what she should have been paying for homeowners. I checked out this office for car insurance. They were very nice and very helpful and tried to get me the best deal. I was very impressed. And I had decided to go with them. I however did not know that I was going to get a call back from the person who has my homeowners insurance since it had been a week. She came back with just a few dollars less then Robbie but because she had my homeowners I decided to go with her. So I then called David from Allstate back who had set me up and explained to him the situation and he started to treat me bad. I told them that after a year with my home owners was done I would come back and check them out again. It was not because of them that I was cancelling my policy. My family has been insured by Robbie and Allstate for years. When it came time to switch to my own car insurance I didn't hesitate. Robbie's son had me set up with a good protection package in a half hour. Would recommend to anyone shopping for a car insurance provider.

Customer service has really gone downhill. The office staff has been very rude, not truthful, not helpful, and cutting corners that has affected us receiving a car we purchased in a timely manner. When we confronted them about the fact paperwork was not fully filled out to our credit union showing proof of insurance they tried to blame the credit union for being "picky" instead of owning up to their mistake. We just switched insurance agencies because of how poorly we were treated as customers. We really liked Robbie, he is a very nice man, but we could no longer overlook his staff.

Robbie and David are both really good.guys! Im not gonna go into specifics, but robbie went out of his way to help us make sure we got our bill paid! Going above and beyond seems to be just another day at the office for him! He really is that awesome, and my wife Kellie and I are both customers for life!!
