Always verify rates with other companies. I initially thought very highly of this business. I delt with Dana at her previous location/company and was very please with results. I got a quote with Dana through Hedges. I did have a ticket and deer strike, so I knew that it would be factored into the cost. The quotes came back rather higher than expected even with claim history, and when asked about Progressive, I was told that it would be over $1000 a month. I trusted they knew best and went with the company they recommended. I randomly grabbed a quote offline and learned that Progressive would actually be less than half of what I was paying through the company that Hedges recommended.

Dana was very polite, professional,and courteous when I was stressed and frantic about my situation with my home owners insurance. She did an outstanding job of getting the situation resolved very quickly. She went above n beyond I would highly recommend her
