I’m already a State Farm customer and I called what I thought was my State Farm office to discuss life insurance and referring a friend to State Farm when I spoke to Vickie Dawson. She is knowledgeable and very kind. Although I already have State Farm ,my experience with her was excellent. She spoke with my family member and gave him an excellent quote and he will be in to see her soon. I have been with state farm for years and my original agent left for career change and Mallori took over and I have had such a bad experience. I finally was able to get myself a new truck so I called to add the vehicle and spoke with a guy and he put my 20 year old daughter as the primary driver. What the heck?! So I switched to progressive for 6 months. I wanted to come back to state farm because I still have homeowners with them and I want to keep the discount so I called to have it switched on Dec 29, I told Mallori all about my initial bad experience with the guy who put my 20 year old daughter as the primary driver of my new truck.
