Lucy at Rob Mullen’s office is absolutely outstanding to work with. I have both my auto/motorcycle and homeowners insurance through this State Farm agency, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled quickly and professionally. She’s always available when I have a question, explains things clearly, and makes the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so responsive and genuinely committed to great customer service. If you want an agent who truly cares about her clients, ask for Lucy — she’s the best!

It is always awesome to work with the ladies and gentleman in my local State Farm office. Working with Lucy is a pleasure. She is always full of great information when I call with a need. It is great to be able to call and get the quick responses needed. Most times you call most companies, you can feel like a number, but not when calling this office. They actually care!!!! Times have changed with fast, cold service, but calling their office is a pleasure. I give them 5 stars because this has been my experience.
