Honestly State Farm in general is getting too expensive as an insurance company. I wouldn’t recommend this particular office unless it’s the only option you have. They are very slow to respond to policy questions, changes and policy cancellations. I have since left them and have yet to receive follow up from my cancellations.Extremely unprofessional and will be reporting them due to lack of follow up. Please consider other State Farm offices if you must stay with them or shop other carriers.
