James Mwangi: Allstate Insurance

My experience with Allstate has been great, and looking forward to better relations.

My experience with James was pleasant until I needed assistance with billing. He redirect me to the billing department and billing sent me back to him and that’s when I meant the real James. This man is DISRESPECTFUL he came out of his name using all type of profanity after I said to lower his tone when speaking to me I am not his child nor his girlfriend. He got off his chair got in my face took off his hat all this in front of his employer and while my children are watching. The man gave me the middle finger called me out of my name. I don’t suggest not would I ever refer anyone to his establishment. I had to call Allstate and report him. And my husband had to pay a visit to talk to him on how to treat women. Very unprofessional do not let him fool you on your first encounter with him. P

I don't know about Allstate Insurance, but I know the rep that I have is not very helpful nor really interested in my insurance needs. As long as I pay and on time, that's all that seems to matter. Each time I have reached out, and it's only been like 3 in 8 years, I did not get any true service, service time, or timely service. Oh well, like many places now, I guess I don't matter outside of the payment. Nothing like they advertise on the commercials. Now looking for a new company now to bring everything over to and try to see if we can get the pretty much the same thing, just at a lower cost for the startup, because eventually, it will go up in price as well, and less service.

I was very impressed by the fact that the agent himself called me to inquire about my dissatisfaction concerning Allstate's billing procedure for policy renewals. Has Allstate considered that many senior citizens such as my husband and I are not comfortable with these modern ways of paying bills. We prefer to pay by check as we have done for over 50 years. We want a Bill that says it is a Bill and an address to mail it to. Mr. Mwangi was most helpful in explaining that the billing procedure was a Allstate Corporation policy and not control by his office and that he would forward my concerns to the Corporate Office. He assured me that he would always be available to discuss any concerns I may have and to answer any questions. He seemed genuinely sincere in wanting to help and in any way he

My experience with Allstate has been wonderful. I made the switch from an overpriced company and am so glad i did! Great customer service! They offer great insurance and help you understand jargon if you’re not familiar. I recommend James office to all my family and friends too!
