After calling to get quotes on my home and car and even drone insurance. Marla answered introduced herself with a warm hearted personal tone and her expertise was followed with great prices with multiple insurance options. So after switching all my insurance over that day thinking back that office treats their customers with such a friendly side it reminded of a family run company that so eager to be helpful and I was happy and greatful to switch my insurance over. Plus they always answer or return their calls with such a positive and helpful attitude. Happy I joined and would recommend anyone interested with insurance problems to give them a call and get a free quote.

After moving to Oregon and switching so many things, I started with one agent who didnt seem to care I was their client. I decided to switch to Rob Olives office and my first point of contact was their receptionists i believe they are Marla and Lauren. Both ladies have been super helpful in getting me settled, finding me the best possible rates and even handled situations such as a collision claim and statefarm taking my roadside assistance away with kindness and solutions. I feel like they care that I am their client. Rob Olive was extremely helpful and clear when going over my life insurance policy options as well.

I highly recommend this branch! Rob and Marla are fantastic to speak to on the phone and by email. Personable and easy to get my questions answered (I always have a lot too 😂). Marla in particular has been very insightful for concerns I have had to put my mind at ease through many life transitions including moving states and cities the past few years. Rob's team goes above and beyond to help State Farm clients. I called and was warmly greeted by Marla Rogers, asked her for help with a customer that was in the Eugene area and she was able to assist the business owner within the hour. Great service, great people! 100% recommend 😎👌

My home insurance is paid out of my mortgage escrow account and I hadn't been paying attention for several years. To compare policies, I requested a quote from Rob Olive (who I already had an auto policy with). Turns out I got a much better rate with State Farm and a nice discount for bundling. Theisen in Rob's office was very responsive and and helpful and she handled everything with the mortgage company. Great experience!
