The ladies in the office go above and beyond, are always cheerful and professional, and always try to keep me up to date on what is best for my policy and my family! Horrible agent. I literally just took my homeowner's, personal and commercial auto policies from state farm today. I saved over $3400 by doing so. I would NEVER recommend Rob's office. He never has answers, they cover you for whatever they think you want instead of what you actually want. They over charged me and refuse to reimburse me which in my book is clearly theft. I can't say enough bad things. The girls in the office are nice but they need a leader and Rob should not have his own agency.

I have nothing but great things to say about Rob and his staff! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I have multiple policies with this company and would recommend this office to anyone. It really doesn’t matter what type of insurance you’re looking for, this is the place to go!
