Karl Walter - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have the pleasure with working with Karl Walter at State Farm for my car insurance. My family has been with Karl Walter for years! He has helped my family in many ways. Such as finding us the best quotes, & going above and beyond. One thing that I’m personally really happy with is his service. Anytime I need help he always answers the phone and is always available for a drop in. For me, that is really important because if I have a problem I know he is available for whatever I need help with. My son is approaching driving age and I will definitely be using Karl Walter. I would highly recommend anyone! If you are looking for a new car insurance or looking to switch give Karl a call!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! They intentionally left off an accident on my quote to give me a lower price!! I called to finalize the quote and it happened to be out of Walters normal hours of operation. Therefore I had to speak to a 24 hour sales rep. He told me a way different price because an accident came up. He also told me that Karl Walters agency was just trying to get me to sign the papers and then the following month the original price would have went up! WHAT A SCAM!!! The price they gave me in the office was half the price of what it actually comes out to be! They lied straight to my face when I confronted them and told me it was a computer error! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I DO NOT recommend this agency to anybody!!!!

This agency really puts their policyholders first. They always go out of their way to give the best advice for your scenario and try to get the best possible price for you. Very down to Earth and they value policyholder relationships. 10/10 would recommend

Used them for almost 3 years. Rates are ridiculously high, Dave B. Is great for telling you it's only a couple of dollars, if you ask him about lowering your rate. Finally got fed up and did the leg work and now pay roughly half of what they charged me monthly. Don't think they understand the whole customer first idea.

Class Act Agency. Agency takes the time to thoroughly review policies and prices. Staff reviews all info to properly advise. Dave took the time to review ALL my policies. Great agency to work with!
