Ritter Insurance Marketing

Been trying to call them daily, they never pick up. Someone emailed me and I emailed them back days ago and no response. I have contracts with your company and would like to get more. How do I get a hold of someone??

Awesome company. Everyone is always willing to help and go the extra mile. CEO cares about people and is a nice guy. Account reps are great and knowledgeable.

RITTER is a mess. Questions are off putted to 5 different people, numerous emails and phone calls required by the Agent to get answers. This is based on a year's worth of time invested with Ritter. Agent support is less to none. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR BOOK OF BUSINESS if you leave. DO NOT sign with this company. I was told my clients would be my clients if I stayed or transferred to another FMO. I have dealt with 3 other FMO's who have been professional, courteous, responsive and TRANSPARENT. Ritter has a very unprofessional method of treatment towards Agents, they also make it extremely difficult to get clarification on their Book of Business Contracts and Agreements with Ritter, and with the Carriers. You will be told blatantly 1 thing, and the truth is the exact opposite regarding

This is the worst company to use as your FMO. I have been trying to get appointed with carriers since DECEMBER.You can get appointed yourself in just a few days I know because I already started doing it. I am now looking for a new FMO to use or I just might do it independently BE WARNED!!! Also no one in the company answers calls and when you email they just don't respond or push you off to someone else who doesn't answer your email!!! notice they don't respond back to there reviews...

First I have to say this,David eshaghian/FROM NYC is THE BEST!!!, I want to talk to every person saying bad things about Ritter. I have experience working with several FMOs and trust me, most of them won't give you a release when you want it. I like Ritter because I know they are not perfect, but at least they try, and you can escalate if somebody treats you the wrong way, but in other FMOs, do you know what they do? THEY DISAPPEAR! So, do yourself a favor and think twice before taking any action. And I would ask the next FMO, are you giving a release if I need it?
