Wow! What a difference between insurance companies!! I had hail damage on my roof and submitted a claim with American Family. They responded quick. Adjuster was Very detailed! They found damage i didn’t even knew I had. They were quick and easy to file claim and they paid very fast!! To compare with State Farm. I also had hail damage on a rental house insured with State Farm and it has been nothing but painful! They didn’t even send out an adjuster, they use a 3rd party and the person had only been doing the job for 6 months! They are still giving us the run around and saying WE need to submit pictures if we want a real adjuster to come out to see the damage! Stay away from State Farm and do yourself a favor and go with American Family!
