We have had Jeff as our agent for several years. 3 years ago we bought a home and gutted it. Remodeled it and moved in in May 2023. We had home owners insurance with this agent from the day we bought it. Found out several months ago that the address on the policy was not correct…after 3 years they are just discovering this…not our fault. The address they had was “Street” and our correct address is “Place” They had the correct address for billing/mailing. My husband and I both had several conversations with them. Turns out our premiums were going to go up because of address change. Also, they said they could not insure us anymore unless we installed a monitored alarm system!!
