I LOVE Julie and her whole team!! They are all very knowledgeable, and best of all, I feel that they genuinely have their customers’ best interests at heart. They care about making sure that I am properly covered, while also not recommending coverage that I don’t need. They take the time to educate me so that I better understand what my policies do for me or why they recommend adding other coverage, etc. I would send anyone and everyone who needs insurance to Julie!

I’ve been an American Family customer for 4 years and two months. The person who handled my account was amazing, but as soon as she left in late 2018, everything have changed. No customer appreciation, no consistency in my payments as every month the payment amount changes and I had to sit with Julie Coover to discuss the issue and still nothing have changed. Simply avoid all the headache that accompanies you when signing with this company!
