Rick Stein is an excellent insurance agent. He is quick, thorough, detailed, and very responsive to email and other digital media. I was with GEICO for 31 years, and Rick was able to save me over $1200/year on all my policies. Wish I had met him earlier. He does not advertize - its all word of mouth - as it should be. I have recommended him to several family members and friends, and they have opted to switch to Erie as well.
