I called Rick about bundling my car and home insurance, and he gave me a good, quick deal. We were done within 30 minutes. Great service and great people.

This man told me we could set any payment date I wanted so it would be convenient my bills, then didn't set up the date. Admitted he "forgot to follow up" and will not be held accountable for the hurt it caused me financially when the money I had saved for a bill due tomorrow got yanked from my account and I got hit with even more overdraft fees. Thanks for nothing.

Rick is an amazing agent and more. I mean WOW!!! What a breath of fresh air. The old agent was very nice but would never return calls, never return emails and would leave you hanging without insurance because they didn't file or forgot to renew your policy. It was impossible to reach the old agent, the phone never works and for awhile the business phone number was crossed and would be rerouted to some guy "Matt"'s personal cell phone and the agent would say is "Yea that keeps happening to everyone," I couldn't believe it. Also, you could never get anything done with the old agent, but when Rick took over the office, it was like WHOA!!! What a 360 turnaround the Los Lunas Allstate office made.
