I have had National Insurance for 5 years. I switched to Gainsco because I got a new vehicle. My new insurance is asking for a letter of experience. I asked National Insurance for these documents they said it would be in a month. The month was up and no documents. These insurance companies don't care about us! They only care about money, when we the people are making them rich! Am so mad! Cause now that I need them they're not here.! So if you go to this place good luck...

Pretty good so far they been great to me and just the wait time in there could be worked on a little they got good timing for just the two ladies working there
