UPDATE: Rodney called me personally, listened, expressed sympathy and provided clarity. I trust he will level up his staff and continue to serve New Mexico with integrity, excellence and pride. I’ve been a Farmers customer with life insurance through Rodney agency for over ten years, and unfortunately my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. When everything was on autopilot, things were fine. But the moment I needed assistance with updating my policy, the customer service disappeared completely. There was no follow‑up, no guidance, and no proactive communication. Every step of the process was pushed back onto me as the customer to figure out on my own, which is the opposite of what long‑term clients should expect—especially when dealing with something as important as life i

Great teamwork at this location. I needed specific hours to discuss our insurance needs and this was accommodated by Michelle and Leandra working together to make it happen. They both communicated the agency’s availability for clients and answered any questions that I had or that came up along the way. Even when calling into the agency, I was politely greeted and received an explanation of what to expect next. In addition to the excellent service, we were able to save a substantial amount of money.

Michelle Prio and I had been talking with one another on the phone about life insurance. Then we talked about automobile insurance. With that said, the care and customer service given deserves more than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and here's why, • she listened to my needs and went above what was needed • she looked at what i already had and said "we can do better for you" and she did. Last but not least • I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed with the information given to me. She explained everything and answered ALL my questions. Very happy to have made the switch

This office has been wonderful. I was thinking of leaving Farmers when I accidentally met someone who works at this office, Leandra… She and Michelle has been phenomenal.
