I can’t recommend Rick Bailey’s office in White Hall enough. Over the past few years, I’ve moved all over the state - from Fairmont to Clarksburg, Clarksburg to Huntington, Huntington to Charles Town, and now Charles Town to Hedgesville. I have continued to keep my policies with Rick Bailey’s office due to the level of service and care I have received from the staff. Life has been chaotic for us lately between buying a house, adding a new car to my plan, and adjusting my existing auto policy. Home-buying has been especially crazy.
