My husband and I have Erie insurance car and home owner through Bond. My husband was in a fender bender. He contacted our agent and the next day an adjuster was out to look at the car. We have talked to Jeremy, Amy, and Todd from the agency. They have all went above and beyond to answer any questions we have had and to make sure we have been happy while we were getting our car fixed. If you are looking to switch insurance, I highly recommend this agency. They also worked hard to get us the best rates with wonderful coverage!!

Mark P is awesome I have known him for years , he’s a great friend of mine that’s why I had Erie and worked with Bond , one employee Dorinda is really rude, not letting people know when payments are due through the mail and having insurance dropped is uncalled for Matt Jacques

Been with Bond Insurance for a very long time. Mark Pallotta was the best you could ever ask for. The company name is the same but it has now changed hands. Unfortunately, it is beyond terrible. Go somewhere else.
