This company sets the bar. Mr. Nuzum is professional, incredibly well versed in all my insurance needs, and makes you feel like family. I have and would highly recommend this insurance company to all my friends and family.

Good people, great prices on car and home insurance. I haven't been able to find a cheaper rate anywhere, even USAA. Julie and Brooke were very helpful, and helped me save even more money by bundling home and car insurance together.

This used to be a good family agency, but is no longer anything remotely like that. I say this because the new owner, Chad Newsome, is rude, unhelpful, and lies through his teeth. I would rate 0 stars if that option we're available. After no less than 10 solid years of my on-time premiums and not 1 single claim, Mr Newsome cancelled my homeowner's insurance while lying about his position with the agency & refusing to help me find a new policy "if" my policy should be cancelled. Please, don't make this despicable little man any wealthier!!!
