Have been there over 25 years, I pay every 6 months. That is 2 payments a year and every year, one payment was always due 2 days before Christmas. So I asked a year and 1/12 ago to change the payment a month early. Ever since then my bill goes up $30 to $50 every time. I tried finding out what the reason and they always say they will call back. I have left messages that are never returned. And now I went to pay my insurance yesterday and the lady at the office was rude and saying I was late and I had to pay all these fees. I am on fixed income, I was not even a day late. Now I have no insurance and totally lost and so stressed. Already canceled appts. Why does the world have to be so hard. I just want to pay my insurance and not made to feel like I am bad and doing wrong things. I can’t af
