Bob Symons Insurance

We were referred over to Bob Symons because Farmers was screwing over a family member. The referring person said they had the same experience and recommend Bob's offices. We got a quote that the family member was much more pleased with, and $500 less than Farmers for the same coverage. The hours of operation, while understandable are short. The location, while not terrible, is also not great. This has nothing to do with the quality of service and not a factor in the rating I gave, just and FYI.

Bob has been my agent for years. Not only is he a kind and honest individual, but it's always a good time Coming into the office and looking at his great collection of unique auto Memorabilia.

We moved to Albany a year and half ago. Bob Symons Insurance took care of all of our insurance needs for home, travel trailer and cars. They are knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
