Farmers Insurance - Glenn Edwards

I've enjoyed my time with the Glenn Edward's agency. Whenever I have questions about my policies it's easy to reach a live person. They are always willing to help and do what's best for the customer. I had to submit a claim recently and my rep, Camie, helped me through the process. She stayed in contact with me from beginning to end! When my repairs were completed she called to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend this agency!

We started at this agency when owned by Katie Enright and had a great experience. We moved out of Albany but kept our homeowners under a landlord policy. No need for any agent contact as everything was fine. When we moved back I contacted Glenn, introduced myself and let him know our insurance needs. He said he would have an agent work up a quote and get back to me. Eight days later nothing. When I emailed Glenn he responded that he didn't know who I talked to,(umm talked to you), and that he had some questions for me. I had already answered all those questions during our phone call. Very concerning when your agent doesn't remember your call and hasn't written anything down much less followed through. Guess we will be moving on. I miss Katie and Camie!

Now with Glenn Edwards and Crystal Harris, not only does the professionalism continue, but they make you feel at home and they always go the extra mile for you. Camie has been consistently the best, top level guru and always find us the unique policies we need for our business, but they also cover our family as well. Terrific service & I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently worked with Cassie while buying a new car. Cassie helped me save $50 by signing me up with Progressive (Cassie can quote and sell more than just Farmer's insurance) for some policies and staying with Farmers for others. At the end of the day I added a new car with full coverage for $50 CHEAPER than my old policy without the new car on it!

We have been using this office for several years now. The transition from the previous agent has been seamless! Camie is a rock star and we have moved all of our home and auto policies away from our previous (military) provider because of that. Farmers, as a whole has been great. My daughter was hit in my car and they totally made the process easy for her. I would recommend them 100%
