Heather Wilkins was amazing to work with to get our insurance reinstated. She went beyond what was required and assisted me with an additional issue with the MVA. She was pleasant, kind and knowledgeable! Can't say enough about how wonderful she was in assisting me!

I called twice before today and talked to 2 different representatives, and they told me to send an email just saying that you wanted to cancel your insurance, that was it, nothing else because they already knew who I was,by looking at my email and I did. Today, I called again after finding out my renters insurance was still active and talked to E. Flores, and let me tell you, she is not a nice person when you want to try to cancel your insurance. One of the reasons I cancel was because they never answer their phone, but now knowing how they treat their "customers " I don't want anything to do with this company, she was rude, starting raising her voices talking over me, and said if you don't want to do anything I won't cancel anything for you. I hung up the phone and sent another email

I purchased a different vehicle and needed to transfer my insurance. After explaining to Ms. Evelin Flores the reason for my call, I also inquired about the rates I had been paying previously. She was very kind and patient with me while she searched for new car insurance rates as well as renter's insurance. She found both at a much lower rate for me. I have carried insurance through RG for years now, and cannot say enough good things about their customer service!! Not only is the whole team friendly but they are also really quick to respond …which is helpful if you’re me and unfortunately have had to submit a few claims. Dave has always gone out of his way to assist me whether it be with a claim, with answering questions, or even adding business insurance for my husbands small side business. I’ve recommended several people to their office (including my Mom) and have yet to hear a negative interaction. Thanks Dave for all you have done for me over the years :)
