Alona was absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what I was asking and what I was looking for. She gave me the best quote. The main thing that I liked was that she was very patient and understanding and she made sure that I received everything that I wanted as far as coverage and she made sure that I understood how to sign the documents. She stayed on the line to make sure I understood. I feel very good about my coverages and she made it very easy to understand. I am proud to write this review.

Alona treated me exceptionally well. She took the time to clearly explain my policy in detail, making sure I fully understood my coverage — especially regarding rental vehicles. I now feel confident knowing that I am fully protected and that other drivers are protected as well. I have been with State Farm for over 25 years. The only reason I left the Owings Mills branch years ago was because I moved to Florida and had to change agents. If you are looking for an insurance agent, look no further. I have been a customer for 19 years and the service has never changed. ALL staff members are personable, patient and respectful. I want to particularly give a shout out to Carla for being responsive, going above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns. She is very responsive and even working late hours to get the job done. I can't stress enough that if you are looking for an insurance agent that makes you feel like family, this is it! My experience has been good. I have had renters insurance with them since 2016 and they was able to get me the best quotes. They even help me with my renters issue with my current place , due to me moving to another apartment I had to have coverage for both old and new and when I called they explained everything and even email me the next day to follow up.
