Terrible customer service, no follow up. Brian Pieninck CEO and his executive team are absent at the wheel. CEO's have a choice and this one chooses neglect and ignorance.
If you are looking for CareFirst customer services, this is the place to be. The parking is free - first-come, first-served (expect to walk a bit more to the main entrance door). The customer support office is small but clean. And just about every CareFirst associate is courteous and trying his/her best to helping out its members as quickly as possible.
This is a company I have done business with for many years. I am happy to be a Producer for Carefrist.
Good desk service. Worthwhile healthcare providers.
Whelan security rocks I feel secured while visiting.
