I would like to say I called in a little frustrated and I was greeted by this voice that was so warm and ready to help me anyway she could. Initially, I contacted Marisol Johnson's State Farm agency to get a quote. I wanted to see if I could lower my current auto insurance premiums with a different carrier because they were raising my rates again. I spoke with Lisa. She was very helpful and informative. She was not only able to give me a lower rate , she was also able to Customize multiple policies which saved me a lot of money.
