Let me start off by saying it is 2025 and the fact that they don’t have direct deposit is absurd! The paper checks take anywhere between 7-14 “business days”. I was out via PFL for maternity leave and was only given 8 weeks of my allotted pay for a c-section birth. In the state of New York, moms are to be given 12 weeks. My OB granted me additional time to recoup due to complications within my pregnancy and the adjuster took it upon herself to switch my benefits from PFL to short term disability, which is penny’s. I've had my home and auto insurance from Renaissance for quite a few years. In that time I have only need to file 2 claims. The first auto claim was for a car accident. We paid the deductible and a few weeks later our car was fixed to the point it was before the accident. We were pleased. The second auto claim just happened and I've been entirely let down. My car was involved in a hit and run. Luckily no one was in the vehicle. The impact was to the rear of the vehicle, but it also caused damage to my power steering and alignment. I've been unsuccessful in getting my car repaired to the point it was before the accident. I've been left with a car I cannot steer that constantly pulls to the right. Renaissance, Nationwide, Mari, Levi, and Doug have not been helpful in rectifying th
