Mary Agcaoili: Allstate Insurance

Mary is easily the worst insurance agent I have ever dealt with. I have never filed a claim, have zero tickets, and have never been in an accident. Yet, every six months I would receive an email telling me my rates were increasing. This was the only correspondence I ever had with her. She is completely unresponsive to emails and phone calls. If you call and ask to speak with her, you will be told she is unavailable and will call you back. Not a single time did she actually return a phone call. If you send her an email, she forwards it to five other people to deal with and one of them will do their best to assist you. I feel sorry for the people who work there because she delegates her dirty work to them. They were helpful and polite, the only bright spot in a horrible experience. However,

I left a message about needing to file a claim for a window chip. Sandy called me back within ten minutes and while I was on the phone with her she scheduled a repair that day. Great service!! I highly recommend this agency!

Kyrin was very kind, patient and helpful in going over all options with me concerning property, car and liability insurance. She was professional yet very friendly and knows the products very well. She was diligent in getting back to me, but not pushy or impatient with my many questions and comparisons. It is so refreshing to have such excellent customer service in this day and age.

Sandy was very helpful explaining all the in's and out's of our auto policy so we could get what we needed. the rates are high no fault of anyone except the government interference.

I was modifying home & auto coverage. I knew what I wanted and was able to complete everything via email and e-signature. It was all taken care of in about 30 minutes. Excellent.
