Horace Mann Insurance - Susan Krantz Agency

We have requested a withdrawal from an annuity account on 6/10, and after reissue, cancellation, and electronic request, we are facing bank charges of $55 a day because we still haven't received funding. The HM account is in my name, but they won't talk to me because the separate annuity is in my husband's even with the security code and all his details.........transfer of all services happening asap.

I think Horace Mann is excellent; a fraction of the cost of some of those huge insurance companies that spend most of their money on advertising. Took care of my daughters hail damage with no problems at all, and Steven has been great at answering our questions and helping us out.

While going through the repair process the person who is supposed to be advising me won't pick up the phone anytime after 9am.
