The employee, Diane, is one of the rudest people I have ever tried to do business with in my entire life. She is completely unprofessional, has a terrible attitude and hung up the phone on me. We assist in getting financing for customers and if I ever see this company come up again, I will happily suggest they find someone else.

Nicole and Erin are always extremely helpful if I have any questions and they’re always ahead of the game with reminders and making sure I stay informed of any policy changes. Would highly recommend my insurance rates dropped working with them!

zero stars. reviews are spot on clearly the worst insurance agent on the east coast. . we have been in the auto business for 30 plus years have dealt with thousands of insurance agents diane is the most unprofessional, rudest, liar i have ever dealt with! if your looking to be talked down to,over talked and deal with people like this dianne is your agent.

Have using Regional Insurance for about 40 years. Always there for me when needed for auto or homeowner claims. Used to provide all my retail business insurance also until I sold it.

I have been with Regoinal Insurance since 1990s (Manley Street) and have always had awesome customer service experiences. They have even pointed out discounts that I did not know I qualified for.
