Love them! Old school personal one-to-one service. They even went above & beyond helping me ensure that I got everything I needed to sign up for my policy A.S.A.P. after my car dealer screwed up filling out a certain field on the back of my title to my new vehicle. I had come from being a customer of Rocco Rose for maybe over a decade and when I lost my prior vehicle to basically old age and was finally able to get a new one, I had decided to shop around because the last time I knew Rocco Rose was offering me the cheapest options of all without sacrificing quality coverage options was just as long ago. I was super surprised and delighted when I found that J.M. Sullivan not only significantly beat out their pricing, but also still had that quality old school customer service that all compan

Husband and I went to JM Sullivan and got a great disappointment when we got a higher quote then on the phone. We traveled from Bridgewater in a Uber to get there. This cost a chunk of money . Non the less we got there to just leave. We were also told on phone we could pay part cash and part credit or check. The lady that made quote said we had to pay cash . If we had known in the first place about cash we would of got cash to give to them. We left without our car on insurance and not registered. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional.

Dee Fagan is the best insurance agent in Massachusetts. Maybe the world. Super responsive, intelligent, comprehensive, you name it. Can't recommend enough.

I got insurance from them in May under the understanding that they were going to process my driving record from another state in order to get a HUGE discount on my rate. It's the ONLY reason I went with them. Not only did they not do it, they didn't call me to tell me. I waited for 3 months to hear back. My second payment was due so I called to ask why my premium wasn't lowered. They said they weren't responsible for getting my driving record and I needed to pay my bill. Now that Mass is a competitive insurance rate state I think you should spend more time on customer service so you can keep your customers! We'll go elsewhere!
