We were in an accident and had the worst experience with the entire process. There was ZERO communication from the agent and dealing with Allstate’s out of state representative was impossible. It took 4 weeks to get our vehicle appraised which was not only frustrating, it used up our 4 weeks of rental insurance so we didn’t have time to shop for a new vehicle once it was deemed totaled. My policies were up for renewal and my homeowners premium doubled with no explanation. I ended up shopping around and saved 50% by switching to another agency. Highly dissatisfied to say the least!!

Hello people! A word of advice; pay attention to your car insurance renewal, especially this year. My insurance increased every year that I've had Allstate, but this year it jumped through the roof. My car insurance went from $1,704/yr in 2024 to $5,000/yr in 2025. I called the office like "WHAT?". My car is a 2020 SUV, no accidents and no claims. They assumed that I drove over 30,000 miles a year with nothing to back up the mileage and went ahead and raised my insurance. Apparently Massachusetts passed a law last year allowing insurance companies to charge you more if you drive over a certain amount of miles. I think it's like 15k. The agent said "Do you drive for Uber or any delivery services?" Aww no..What a joke! The renewal said the total premium was $8,000 with $3,000 in discounts. A

Sean and his team are the best. Resolved all my problems and saved me money. They go the extra mile... Great experience with them. They are probably the best insurance company I've had; and I've bought my first car at age 16. I'm 69 years old now...
