Reggie Bridges - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with this agent for over 15+ years and the service continues to get worst...I been trying to reach personal/him for months and this was the last straw, I can't see me putting my money in this business no more. He doesn't appreciate good business...

They are not business minded. They didn't send me my plan. When I called , they kept telling me that they weren't licensed to tell me. They sent a letter and when I asked clarification they hung up the phone when I dialed again they insulted me using words which discribe them. When I told them to cancel my plan at the end of the month, they cut it immediately without telling me. Always, there mission is to put you on trouble. Don't go to state farm at all. When I joined Geico, they sent me the plans, Customer service great and good price. Yay GEICO.

Reggie and his team have taken care of all of the insurance for my family and my home. They are always responsive and helpful. They provide great customer service.
