Reed Insurance Clermont

We used reed for over 2 years. They had some change in employees. I had a lot of trouble canceling my policy once we moved out of state. I was told it was cancelled by their customer service dept, it was not. I left Jeremy over 3 messages and never received a call back. Eventually, had to go through insurance directly which was much easier than dealing with Reed to help me cancel my policy. My insurance carrier required I cancel with Reed since they were my broker. I have referred several family members and friends here throughout the years because there is savings here.
