Cannot say enough about Michael Bina's customer service and focus in setting up our home and auto insurance policies. He went the 'extra mile' in providing answers, keeping us informed, and being available whenever a question arose, and State Farm rates saved us money. He was excellent!!

Decided to shop for new home and auto insurance on my own and found Heather Thies State Farm with an office in Clermont. Heather H. was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. If you have time to check around, I highly recommend giving them a call.

The service provided was outstanding from working a quote that will meet my needs financially and with the right coverage to the communication and level of explanation of what I was getting. Everything was done over the phone and scheduled to make sure I was available to talk about the quote, go over the price and payment options and set up the policy. I strongly recommend Heather Thies and State Farm.

Heather was incredibly nice and I appreciated her honestly. She really made sure I was covered on all fronts and wasn't pushy letting me make my own decisions. I hope I have better luck this time around with State Farm. I left before because they were too high but now they're cheaper. I hope I never have to make a claim in the future. If I do I hope I'm treated better than Geico did with my last claim. Hence the reason for the switch.
