I have been insured with Randy since I was 18 years old. Randy and his staff have helped me find the best insurance options through all life's milestones such as marriage, home ownership, and children. I have been very pleased with the level of customer service I have received all these years. His staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable and give me a sense that they are looking after my interests. Thank you Randy, Nancy, and Ely - you guys are the best!

I question the validity of the previous reviews. Randy Warner is NEVER in his office and leaves Ellie at the helm. Ellie is inadequate and can NEVER answer a question without calling you back. If she does she is 90% of the time wrong. She is emotionless and her tone lets you know you annoy her. Since Denise left this office is completely a mess. I have been with Randy’s office for 10+years and had a accident. This office left me to deal with the accident on my own and provided zero help.

We have been with Randy over 30 years. His Office staff are excellent and provide outstanding customer service. They always provide the details that we need for our multiple insurance policies and reflect the excellent personal knowledge and relationships with all of his customers. Thank you for always being attentive to the customer needs for all insurance questions and claims.

I LOVE my team at this office. Randy, Nancy, and especially Ely who works so hard on my contracts , and then I take forever, to bring me exactly what I ask for. I have been with State Farm for over 30 years but chose to leave another agent and found my forever Agent here.

Fantastic State Farm branch in Lakeside. Customer service is A+++. I love their attention to detail on a claim. Plus they are fun to visit in person. Eliana is my favourite!
