I have had the pleasure of working with Dylan, and he consistently exceeds my expectations. Time and again, he has proven to be a lifesaver for us. Recently, we encountered a significant amount of confusion with our three different policies, which seemed overwhelming. However, Dylan dedicated himself to the task, working tirelessly until he discovered a clear and effective solution. If I could rate him 10 stars, I would do so without hesitation! I highly recommend giving him a call; he truly goes the extra mile to ensure that everything is seamless and hassle-free for the customer.

Excellent support from Ernest P. out of the San Diego office— clear direct questions/responses and I was able to obtain my non vehicle owner insurance policy cards in a total of 34mins on the phone (& I was transferred twice before I got to Ernest so we got everything done quick and efficiently). One challenge I had while reading through their EasyInk forms (their version of DocuSign) was that I could not add text box to opt out of some data sharing requests. Frustrating but I can opt out the long way. Overall great experience, would recommend.

I was helped with my policy by Dylan H. Today and he was a great help. Understood exactly what I needed help with. Answered all my questions easily and quickly. So he clearly knew what he was doing. And as an added bonus with the updates he got rate so much lower it is practically unreal! Will definitely ask for him whenever I need help from here on out.
