I have had a great relationship with Sue at Greg Johnson's State Farm office for several years. We have been through insuring my teenagers, now adults, as well as homeowner's and renter's policies and umbrella policies. I have always been able to call or email and ask questions which are consistently answered quickly and thoroughly. I love Greg Johnson office. The staff always call me about changes to my account. They make sure everything is correct and right. I have been with them for years and I have been happy. The other state farm person I had and he retired and they sent me to this office. Never checked with me and made sure any changes he never called or advise me. Sue and the whole team at State Farm Greg Johnson’s office are just AMAZING! There is no other way to describe them. Heather is always available for my questions and constant changes to our fleet of cars, trucks, suvs, trailers, toy haulers, motorcycles and utvs. Just an outstanding team for over 15 years and counting.

I've been with State Farm for many years and thankfully haven't needed to use my coverage for much, but the few times I have, the service has been great. I really appreciate the staff at this office specifically - they are personable, knowledgeable, and quick to help with whatever is needed. And having shopped around recently when my husband I got married and wanted to put our cars on the same policy, I know their rates are competitive, which is why we chose to stay with them. My only complaint is that State Farm discontinued their renters coverage in CA, but so have most of the bigger companies. And that's not the fault of the agents. Also, they did offer me a few suggestions to look into because of that. All in all, very happy.
