I have used State Farm for years and always had great success. But in 2023 I opened up an auto policy with them after some life changes. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. I tend to ask a lot of questions when it comes to insurance. Danielle has been absolutely amazing at explaining all of my options as far as policies and gets back to me very efficiently. Her patience, detailed explanation of policies, and valuable time has been greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend her for any of your insurance needs. I also used Carly prior to working with Danielle when I become a customer again in 2022. She was very patient and knowledge as well!
