WOW! I’m still in shock (in a VERY happy way!) at the car insurance rate I just received from State Farm (Julie Regueiro), office ran by Carla Fenzel in Jacksonville, FL. Over the phone, and for 2 days, Julie spent as much time as I needed in helping me understand what I did and did not need for my vehicle coverage. And at my age, and being on a very tight budget like so many of us nowadays, I thoroughly appreciated that! She went over my pervious policy that was through a different company, which will remain nameless, and through her knowledge and expertise, Julie was able to cut my yearly car insurance bill in HALF! YES, you read that right, IN HALF!!! She discovered and explained things my previous policy holder hid/withheld from me. We need more customer service oriented personnel like

Alicia was absolutely by far easy to work with. No matter how many emails I sent she responded. Very good experience especially how Della porta group treated us after 17 years. Alicia made us feel we could trust again. So thank you Alicia. I will ne recommending you for sure

Talk about excellent customer service! (Can I give 10 stars?) As soon as we opened the door and walked in Alicia Diaby had walked out of her office to greet us. Once seated and she had our information she had a possible policy ready for review. With a few tweaks we were ready to cancel our former insurance company and sign with State Farm. Alicia is very personable and has a wonderful sense of humor. Carla Fenzel came in to introduce herself and make sure Alicia was taking care of us. I highly recommend this office and State Farm as well.

Super easy to work with, helps explain things in order to look for the best deals to save money while providing maximum coverage for the auto insurance. 20 out of 10 in my book! Thank you for the great customer service!
