Quincy Mutual was excellent. Within 1 day after the accident, I had finished with the uploading of the information and the next day, I was informed about the settlement. They were professional and very efficient.

Having never had an accident before ,I didn’t know much about filing an insurance claim. Fortunately I have a great company who made it so easy- Quincy Mutual. They walked me through the process and the agents I spoke with took care of everything. The few questions I had were answered clearly with no jargon that only they would understand. Their adjuster was also very knowledgeable. He explained exactly what needed to be done and gave an estimate. I hope that I won’t need any of them in the future but if I do I won’t hesitate to call.

I'm giving them 2 stars because they did provide me with a great rate/ price, BUT they canceled my insurance without any notice at all which left me without registration. I only found out as I received a letter from the RMV about a revoked registration. Not pleased with the communication of this company at all
