My case adjuster had told me from the beginning that they were new had no clue what to do, and was new to this job. Also the case adjuster didn't know anything about the area in which I live. So I finally went to see the orthopedic he ordered a CAT scan which had taken 2 weeks to get. The Dr had put on your urgent not stat I'm not sure if that played a role in everything So when I go back to the orthopedic he doesn't feel comfortable doing the surgery so he refers me to another orthopedic doctor to which I do have a rapport with and is a specialist for hands. I'd like to give no stars, but it's not an option. My fiance' has been involved in a workers' comp claim handled by this company for nearly 3 years. It wasn't great to start with, but for the last 10 months, it has been an absolute nightmare. It took over 4 months just to get a few tests and a proper diagnosis - nerve damage requiring surgery. NJ law requires that people on workers' comp be paid "Net 30". There have been at least 6 payments made outside of those parameters and if they "forget" to pay you, you have to wait more than a week for them to correct their error. They rarely answers or return calls, have refused to allow requested doctor visits, and repeatedly denied tests and treatments requested by doctors. Honestly probably the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company. I just got berated and yelled out on the phone by a man named Steve. I’ve been dealing with them for over 9 months for an accident that they took responsibility for (they legit paid me lol) and are refusing to pay my insurance company for. The man on the phone literally told me if I took legal action, I “wouldn’t get anything anyways.” Lol so unprofessional and immature. Not sure how they are still in business seeing all these negative reviews. Impossible to get a hold of, extremely rude, and most of all they have NO idea how to do their jobs. If you have to deal with this company for any reason, good luck - you’re going to need it.

They owe me $500. They sent me my check late, and when I went to depost it, I was told it expired. I called these people to tell them this, and the lady on the phone sounded like an even ruder version of Roz from Monster's Inc. She told me to just leave a message with my case number and info, and I never got a call back. I should have just been allowed to use my own sick time and insurance.
