Plymouth Rock Insurance

Requested insurance cancelled cause cost went up so high. I found much less expensive for same amount of coverage. 3 days after cancelation they still took the funds from auto withdrawal (which I understood cause they could not stop the auto withdrawal). They did reimbursed me those funds but now are billing me on a different policy number that is not my policy number that i had for 10 years with them ( they said that it was a policy they made up for me by mistake). First they said I did not pay the last month premium, I proved it was taken out of my account on auto pay. Now they are saying I owe cause I was always paying a month behind (I was on auto pay for years which prevents me from being behind) and that they should not have reimbursed me those funds they took from my checking ac

They swapped out paperwork on me when I asked for cheap insurance and signed me up with a different agency still have waiting for a return of my cash.
