I was recently out of work for 6 weeks , I spoke with Donna Ward who was very professional, took time to explain every detail. She followed up with an email , confirming what I need to do. I was considering canceling my insurance because I never use it and had it for 5 years but I’m so glad that I have my policies now that I broke my toe and cannot work for 4-6 weeks!
