Prudential Insurance Co

I called the number given me by my bank in regards to updating my banking information for my pension. After going through two customer service representatives, neither of which I hardly understood because of their accents, I was transferred to another department, only to be left on hold for 53 minutes. I hung up, called back, and was immediately put on hold once more. I Googled Prudential Insurance Co locations near me and called their 352 number, only to be told that that number and address -which is listed on Google- is not Prudential. I do not know what kind of shady business dealings are happening here, but that it outrageous.

I called with two questions about receiving benefits and the woman who I was stuck talking to was very hard to understand her english and did not answer the one question, instead read me the paragraph the question I had pertained to. The second question she told me she could not answer then asked me if she could help me with something else when she could not help me with what I needed. A different time two years ago, I was called and told they need to meet me about my policy. I took off work, drove 40 minutes away for them to try to get me to invest money, when I told them I do not have money they asked if I had control of anyone elses to invest. Very disappointed in a supposedly top notch company.
