I've been with "The Protective Agency"(at 815.5 Elm Street-Fayetteville, NC) since 2007...have never had any issues with this Insurance company...The representative Is very knowledgeable, and very efficient ; She's always been friendly, cordial, and a great .multitasker...working with clients, answering the telephone...and is always amazing at the "calculator"...so proficient, her fingers just flying over the numbers, and all the time keeping very structured and organized...Mrs. Rigsbee is a real asset for this Insurance Company....she is so pleasant with all the customers...a very sharp and professional lady...."Protective Agency"...really fortunate and lucky to have someone who is so dedicated and knowledgeable and appears to really like her job.
