They care very poorly for their customers I’ve been trying to renew my policy, phones are always busy and they still want you to come to the office. They close for lunch, and instead of having you leave a voicemail so your call can be returned they answer your call and then proceed to hang up the call….they did this multiple times. FYI even though their page says they are open until 5 they close at 4.
I drive all the way to Durham just to pay my bill. I love dealing with Ms. Ann. I've been dealing with Ms. Ann for past few years and she always, always does what she can to help.
How they want you to pay a bill when the phones are always busy. then when you go in . You have to wait 30 minutes to be seen. This place says it opens at 9, but when you call at 9 if Mrs. L is not there the other lady can't help you. I like the insurance but the service stinks
They are totally dishonest and only cater nicely or speak nicely with the Hispanic race I didn't them to be somewhat or a lot racist two other nationalities
From the looks of it every time i call the line is busy I can never get in contact with anyone . Protective agency please get y'all phone right I would love to do business with you guys I heard y'all the best in town
