My recent experience with Progressive Insurance has been nothing short of infuriating. Due to Progressive’s miscommunication with AmeriHome Mortgage, my homeowner’s policy was mishandled from start to finish. Progressive failed to give me adequate notice of renewal, contacted the wrong point of contact at my mortgage company, and then dropped me from coverage altogether—despite the fact that I have an escrow account specifically to prevent situations like this. Even worse, when AmeriHome attempted to resolve the issue with an overnight check, Progressive refused to accept it. Their underwriter, along with Ashley S. from the Progressive Home and Property Customer Care Team, insisted that I pay $600 out-of-pocket for reinstatement—penalizing me for their own internal errors. Who ever the mason is, that is controlling the Comercial driving sector needs To let new driver's on. Why do i need 2 year's of experience? Now no body will hire me due to the strict guidelines of insurance So how do you suppose I get 2 years of experience 🤔 ever think of that? New trucking school graduate here And i paid 3200 dollars for my schooling You should be sued for discrimination. I spent 450 hours behind wheel school training. I would give 0 stars if I could. Got hit by one of their clients and it has been the worst experience ever. Even working with the adjuster Ellese who I believe belongs to another office, progressive in general is so unprofessional. My car has been repaired for over a month and the collision center hasn't received any payment from Oscar or his supervisor jimmy, but that isn't the only thing, they have yet to answer any calls or return any and state they never receive my calls. I have issued complaints to the dept of insurance in which by these reviews show, hopefully everyone has so these people can be reviewed and be out of a job. Not specific to this location, but their insurance adjuster - I believe his name was Jimmy - was rude and combative, very ego-driven and not logical in his denial of my claim after getting my car stolen. Would not recommend this insurance company at all.

Affordable prices but man this company does any and everything to not have to pay for damages! I had damages directly related to an accident where my car was parked and the company just refused to fix them and gave a constant run around. If you see Fabiola (Fabi) Silva or Eduardo Avalos for a claim request someone else IMMEDIATELY and save yourself the headache trust me. This will be the last time I ever use this service why pay so much for insurance and the company won’t even protect your assets. Shameful
