I owe a long overdue shoutout to my insurance agent, Ramona Smart! At the end of 2019, I moved into driving an electric vehicle. I got a Tesla Model 3, which I am very happy with. I love the car, it’s great. I am not upset with my decision at all. About three weeks after taking possession of the car, I got into an accident. I was devastated. Ramona was the ultimate professional. And mind you, I didn’t sign on with Mona until the day before I took possession of the car.
